The film is all about a housewife shashi's struggle to learn English. She is a homemake who is often criticized by her husband and kids for not knowing English. She then start to learn by joining a English learning class. The way she learns and speak English make us laugh a while. The remaining part of the movie says how she struggles to master the language. Ajith Kumar(Tamil version), Amitab bachan(Hindi version) has done a guest role in this film. The film runs only for 2 hour and 10 minute.
