        After the long wait after the ponniyin selvan 2 the sequal of ponniyin selvan 1 does it satisfied the expectations of the novel readers?, the movie is based on the novel written by Kalki(Ramaswamy Krishnamurthy 9 September 1899 – 5 December 1954) first serialized in the weekly editions of Kalki, a Tamil magazine, from 29 October 1950 to 16 May 1954 and later integrated into five volumes in 1955

        The star cast in this movieis a huge positive and played by various vetran actors.

        This is a well-crafted film by the director maniratnam. This film is a huge hitand the technical aspects are top-notch, and the performances are excellent.

After much awaiting, here comes the blockbuster movie. It's being praised by all the fans as one of the finest movie.

The story is about a young man from a village fight for the rights of the people. 

As Mari selvaraj debuted film pariyerum perumal got a positive reviews and got Film fare award for best film. This film has got so much expectations.

The cast, promising actor/actress Lal, Natarajan, Yogi and Rajisha Vijayan added more hype and had a good role on the movie.

This movie seems to be a sure Hit

          The story starts with Prabhu (Siddharth) kidnapping of rithika(Ashrita Shetty) from banglore. Father of rithika a powerful politician at karnataka appoints a encounter specialist(Kay Kay Menon)  to chase and get her daughter. The story expands when Manoj Menon (Kay Kay Menon) investigates about this case.

          Since rithika turns 18 at 12 o'clock on that day, her father wanted her before that. The whole story runs on the way NH4 highway from Banglore to Chennai with flashback mixed.

          This film definitely not disappointed but a nice story told in a different way with twits and turns.

      The movie is likely to be an ad. film that promotes organ donation. The concept is anyway good but the story of the movie is a one liner. A boy got in to an accident and got brain death., the whole movie is how they tranporting the heart of the boy from chennai global hospital to vellore hospital in 1 and a half hour.

       Opening scene of the movie is the bike accident. Then the story narrated with some history of the boy who got in to accident, prakash raj as a busy film actor and cheran a dismissed traffic police due to bribe.

      The scene is then comes to the hospital. After convincing the parents of the boy they planning to operate the heart and send it to vellore hospital for a small girl in severe condition. Prakash raj as the small girls father, trying to get it done quick.

      Here comes the entry of sarath kumar who plans to control the traffis from chennai to vellore while Cheran drives the car along with prasanna. After that its an usual, the mission will be succcessful. Surya made a guest apperance in the end of the movie.





     It's been seen that just for sake of including the actors they involved many things. They narrated the story trying to mix some small stories inside., but its not catchy. 

An overall a one liner story told in a longer way.

          Onbathula guru has got some attraction because of the star connection. Sathiyan, Premji and power star combination says that it has mainly focused on comedy track. Vijay has made a guest appearance.

 

          This has been issued with 'A' certificate since the censor board has gone very strict and according to that even a film with item number will be issued with “A” certificate

       

 

           The main line of this movie is taken from the english movie Hangover. On the day of his marriage, Guru goes missing and his family, would-be wife and friends are shocked to hear about it. His friends goes in search of him and brings back him to the wedding hall.

 

 

      It's very disappointing that the way Humor has been handled with silly jokes and irritating spoof of other actors and movies.

The story is all about mafia, betrayal, mystery and politics are also part of the mix

This is a action packed movie. Since it's created so much of expectation level because of ameer working on it for about three years, it didn't matched up the level as expected.

 After a long wait here comes the most anticipated movie. The story, cinematography, background score all adds strength to the movie.

Kamal again proved his acting that no one could be done better in his role.The rest of the actors also did well with their roles.

Movie has only one song although the album has a couple of tracks.

An overall this film hit the expected level of the viewers.

          Can watch this for maniratnam movie., but not up to the expected level. As usual the camera and the place choosen were wonderful. There is no comedy track in the film seems disappointing.

          Actors aravind swamy, arjun & gowtham karthick did acted well.

          The slow narration and not touchy in story are some drawbacks and the cinematography and the songs are advantages of this film.
